I am an anthropologist and digital storyteller committed to making the world 1% happier and 1% healthier by sharing human stories. I was raised in California with an interest in exploring the world. Since moving out of my childhood home I have developed an interest in the role of food in different cultural contexts and have translated that personal interest into an academic pursuit.

My goal is to make the world 1% happier and 1% healthier

I am currently working on a project called Writing Dangerously to find my voice and get over my fear of writing

I have a long way to go before my writing can become what I want it to be, but this is the only way I can think of to start

I am a serial hobbiest always looking for new things to add to my to do list.
